摘要
将竹材径向剖削加工成径向竹篾并织成束篾帘作为板材的芯层,以木单板为表层组成板坯;将板坯压制成板材后定厚砂光,再进行酚醛树脂浸渍纸贴面.结果表明:径向剖篾比弦向剖篾的竹材利用率最低可高出15%~20%.贴面的较佳工艺参数为:热压温度130℃,热压压力2.5MPa,热压时间10min;浸渍纸贴面径向竹木复合模板的物理力学性能好、竹材利用率高,板面色差和厚度偏差小,是一种高档的混凝土模板.
The radical strips were made from bamboo radical cutting and were woven into bunch of strip curtains. The bunch of strip curtains was used as the core layer and wood veneer was used as the surface layer of the mat. The board was made from hot pressing mat and was sanded through fixed thickness, then it was overlaid phenol formaldehyde resin paper impregnated. The results showed that the utilization rate of bamboo of radical cutting strip was more 15%-20% than tangential cutting strip. The better technology parameter of overlaying was that hot pressing temperature was 130 ℃,hot pressing pressure was 2.5 MPa and hot pressing time was 10 min. Paper impregnated resin overlaying of radical bamboo-wood composite concrete-form was top grade concrete-form which had good physical and mechanical properties, high utilization rate of bamboo, smaller deviation color and thickness.
