摘要
为了研制适用于IC6合金的NiCoCrAlY包覆涂层,采用离子电弧镀方法在Ni3Al基合金IC6上涂覆了NiCoCrAlY5元包覆涂层,测试了涂覆涂层后IC6合金的主要力学性能和抗氧化抗腐蚀性能.结果表明,NiCoCrAlY涂层主要由γ(Ni)、γ′(Ni3Al)、β(NiAl)和α Cr组成,可使IC6合金的抗氧化抗腐蚀性能得到明显改善,而且对IC6合金的主要力学性能无明显影响,是IC6合金一种较为理想的防护涂层.
NiCoCrAlY five-element overlay coating was deposited on Ni_3Al based alloy IC6 by arc PVD method, and its main mechanical properties, oxidation and corrosion resistance were tested. It has been found that NiCoCrAlY overlay coating was mainly composed of γ(Ni),γ′(Ni_3Al),β(NiAl) and α-Cr, and the coating improved obviously the oxidation and corrosion resistance of alloy IC6, and it had no evident effect on main mechanical properties. It is a ideal defended coating for alloy IC6.
