摘要
试验资料取自金华猪场1979—1999年金华猪繁殖性能的生产记录。采用动物模型约束性最大似然法对该猪群的遗传力进行估计。测定1144头纯繁金华母猪的产仔哺育记录,结果表明:产仔数、产活仔数、初生重、初生窝重、20日龄头数、20日龄窝重、20日龄重、60日龄头数、60日龄窝重、60日龄重、乳头数的遗传力分别为0 12±0 09、0 18±0 11、0 15±0 09、0 02±0 09、0 10±0 11、0 08±0 13、0 18±0 10、0 23±0 11、0 31±0 13、0 35±0.11和0.19±0.10。
The reproductive data of Jinhua sows from experimental farm for swine breeding stock Jinhua in 1979 to 1999 were used in the study. Estimates of genetic parameter were obtained by animal model procedures using restricted maximum likelihood(REML).The data of 1 144 Jinhua sows were used to estimate the genetic parameters of reproductive traits. The result showed that the heritabilitiy of total number of pigs born(TNB),number born alive(NBA),average pig birth eight(PBW),litter birth weight(LBW),number at 20 day number at first creep(NFC) litter weight at 20 day litter weight at first creep(LWFC),average weight at 20 day average pig weight at first creep(PWFC),number at 60 day number at weaning(NW),litter weight at 60 day litter weaning weight(LWW),average weight at 60 day average pig weaning weight(PWW) and teat number(TN) were 0.12±0.09,0.18±0.11,0.15±0.09,0.02±0.09,0.10±0.11,0.08±0.13,0.18±0.10,0.23±(0.11),0.31±0.13,0.35±0.11,and 0.19±0.10,respectively.
