摘要 目的 探讨侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中MMP 9与VEGFmRNA的表达 ,以进一步阐明MMP 9在肿瘤侵袭性行为中的机制。方法 应用逆转录PCR(RT -PCR)方法检测侵袭性 (2 0例 )和非侵袭性 (10例 )垂体腺瘤组织标本中MMP 9与VEGF的表达 ,分析侵袭性垂体腺瘤、非侵袭性垂体腺瘤的关系及两者的相关性。结果 侵袭性垂体腺瘤组的MMP 9、VEGFmRNA表达均较非侵袭性腺瘤组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。侵袭性腺瘤组中MMP 9与VEGF表达水平成正相关 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 侵袭性垂体腺瘤的生物学行为与MMP 9基因表达增高及血管生成正调节因子VEGF表达上调有关。MMP ObjectiveTo detect messenger RNA (mRNA) expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in pituitary tumors. And explore the relationship among MM-9, VEGF mRNA and invasiveness of pituitary adenomas, and investigate its clinical value. MethodsMMP-9 and VEGF mRNA expression was determined in 20 invasive pituitary adenomas and 10 non-invasive pituitary adenomas by using comparative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The correlation between mRNA expression of MM-9 and VEGF and the correlation between mRNA expression of MM-9, VEGF and tumor invasiveness were studied. ResultBoth mRNA expression of MMP-9 and VEGF increased in invasive pituitary adenomas (P< 0.01 ). There were positively correlations between MMP-2 and TIMP-2. ConclusionThe expression of MMP-9, VEGF mRNA were significant correlation in invasive pituitary adenomas, and they play a cooperated role in the invasiveness and angiogenesis of invasive pituitary tumors.
