摘要
创新是知识经济时代的根本特点,通过教育培养出具有创新能力的人力资源是推动创新的直接动力.创新型人力资源的培养过程是一个全方位的一体化过程,学校、家庭、社会的三位一体,各级创新教育的衔接是必不可少的,任何一环的滞后与欠缺都会影响创新型人力资源的培养.建立一体化的协作创新机制是培养学生创新能力的关键.
Innovation is the key point in knowledge economy era .The direct way of pushing innovation based on innovative education system, which core stands the human resource with innovative ability. The process of the innovative human resource covers the longlife studying as well as all fields, grows from the school, family and society, without the lack of all level innovative education; the influence that comes from the lack and the delayed of any education level takes the side effect of programme of innovative human resource .The coherent process of Innovation takes the leading role.
