摘要
介绍了自蔓延高温合成技术的工艺特点及其理论基础,结合目前已制备的各种材料,讨论了影响材料合成的因素及解决关键技术问题的各种设想.
The article introduces the characteristics, the basic theory and technologies relevant to self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS), discusses the factors influencing material prefabrication in terms of many kinds of prepared materials. At the same time, the article provides many measures to solve the key technique problems.
