摘要
本文以联合编码的观点证明了能达到信道容量意义上的率—失真限的分组信源—信道联合编码方式的存在性,并给出了有限码长情况下的性能限。无噪信道的有失真信源编码定理只是本文结论的一个特例。
In view of joint coding, it is proved that there exists a joint source-channel block code which can perform arbitrarily close to the source rate-distortion function evaluated at the channel capacity, and the performance bound for finite coding length is given. The result given by the noisless source coding theorem with a fidelity criterion is only a special case of this paper.
