摘要
对高功率法布里—泊罗腔 ( F-P)掺 Yb双包层光纤激光器进行理论和实验研究 .通过推导光纤激光器速率方程 ,得到了光纤激光器输出功率、斜率效率和阈值泵浦功率的解析表达式 .重点讨论了 F-P腔腔镜反射率对光纤激光输出的影响 .在实验中 ,利用 D型双包层掺 Yb光纤获得了输出功率 1 0 .6W,斜率效率 86%的连续激光输出 .
In this paper,high power Yb-doped double-clad fiber( DCF) lasers with Fabry-Perot( F-P) laser cavity are studied in theoriesand experiments.Deriving from the rate equationsmodel of fiberlasers,wegetthe explicitexpressions of outputpowers,slope-efficienciesand thresholdsof fiberlasers.We focusourdiscusson F- P cavity and getsome valuable results.A maximum cw outputpowerof 1 0 .6W,and slopeefficiency of 86% are observed with the Yb-doped D-shaped double-clad fiber laser in experiments.Also experimental results are coincidentwith theoretical analysis.
