摘要
转化生长因子 β超家族成员广泛存在于从昆虫到哺乳类等物种中 ,具有广泛的生物学活性。Smad蛋白家族是近年来发现的新的细胞内信号传导蛋白 ,在TGF β超家族成员的信号传导中具有重要的作用。本文综述了TGF β和BMP的分子结构及其受体 ,Smad蛋白家族的分类和结构 ,以及Smad蛋白在TGF β超家族信号传导中的作用及其复杂的调节机制。
TGF-β superfamily members, which have wide distribution in species ranging from worms and insects to mammals, have extensive biological effects. Smad proteins, which were newly found intracellular signal transduction proteins, play important roles in signal transduction of TGF-β superfamily members. This review focuses on the molecular structure and receptor of TGF-β and BMP, the variety and structure of Smad proteins, and its function and complicated regulating mechanism of Smad proteins in TGF-β superfamily members signaling transduction.
