摘要
对所引进的美国Bepex公司专利瓶级聚酯切片中乙醛(AA)含量的影响因素进行分析、总结,得出相应结论。通过优化、调整工艺,有效地降低了瓶级聚酯切片中的AA含量。使w(AA)从1.0×10-6降低到0.5×10-6。
The factors which have effect on mass fraction of ethanal in bottle grade PET chips that produced on the production line imported from patent of American Bepex corporation were analysised and summarized.Through optimization and adjustment of the process,mass fraction of ethanal in bottle grade PET chips was effectively reduced.
