摘要
注重教师自身的反思性发展模式,因其鲜明的特色及独特优势而受到推崇。在体育教育实践中提倡反思,提倡研究,形成体育教师反思运动以及体育教师成为研究者运动,可以有效地推进体育教师专业化发展。
The developmental mode of teachers' reflection should be emphasized, which has been held in esteem for its vivid character and unique advantages. In the practice of physical education, reflection and research should be advocated so that the movement of teachers' reflection and the movement of PE teachers as researchers should be formed so as to promote the development of PE teachers' professionalism effectively.
