摘要
本文主要描述了利用1J50材料初次再结晶机制,通过精确调节退火温度达到控制织构取向,使立方织构[001]易磁化方向尽量与轧向平行,降低其偏出度。同时选择最优冲压取向使器件得到高的矩形度和高最磁导率,以满足用户实际要求。
A study of the material which is suitable for manufacturing the core in lightning protection device was performed. According to the mechanism of the primary recrystallization in alloy 1J50, the orientation of texture was fully controlled by means of adjusting the temperature of heat treatment, which made it possible for the direction of the easy magnetization of cubic texture [001] to parallel the rolling direction. Also, a higher rectangularity and a higher maximum permeability were obtained by using the optimal direction of punching. The properties of the alloy met the needs of our user.
