摘要
目的 研究我国鼠疫菌的营养型及流行病学意义。方法 采用定量培养法。将鼠疫菌 2 8℃ 17h培养物稀释成 10 0 0个 /ml ,分别接种于完全琼脂平碟、Lawton最小琼脂平碟和各种最小限定琼脂平碟 ,观察鼠疫菌对各种氨基酸的需求。结果 通过对我国 10种类型鼠疫自然疫源地内 2 5 8株鼠疫菌营养需求的研究证实 ,我国鼠疫菌的营养型有 3类 :基本营养依赖型、低营养型和高营养型。结论 我国鼠疫菌的基本营养依赖型具有地理分布特征 ,研究结果可为鼠疫菌的分型提供依据。
Objective To study the nutrition type and epidemiology significance of Yersinia pesits in China. Methods The cultures of Y.pestis cultivated after 17 hours at 28℃ were diluted with 1 000 bacterium by the ration cultivation means. Then the bacterium were inoculated separately the complete agar plate, the Lawton smallest agar plate and all kinds of smallest limit. We observed their requirements for every amino acid. Results The 258 strains of Y.pestis have been studied on the nutrition requirements from ten different type natural focus of plague. The results confirmed the three nutrition types the basic dependent nutrition type in China, the low nutrition type and the high nutrition. Conclusion In china the basic dependent nutrition type of plague varies with geography characteristics. The study results can supply basis for the strain typing.
