摘要
韦伯的官僚等级制设计具有非人格化的特征,在对传统官僚等级制的批判中提出的这种非人格化特征既有历史的进步意义,同时在实践中又存在着偏差。本文在肯定其历史进步意义的同时,对其实践中的偏差提出救治的方案,从而揭示这种非人格化特征对我国的行政体制改革的启示作用。
It's the charateristic of impersonification that Weber's bureaucratic hierarchy is designed.This impersonification shows the progressive meaning of history to the criticisms of traditional bureaucrat,but there are deviations in practice at the same time.This article puts forward the scheme to the deviations of Weber's bureaucratic hierarchy in practice while affirming its history progressive meaning,thus announces the enlightenment for our country's administrative system reform.
