摘要
《韩非子》是一部产生于战国后期的法家集大成著作。它集中反映了韩非的“尊君”思想,并影响了中国封建社会。它充分体现了韩非对前人思想的继承和发展,并以“法”、“术”、“势”为手段给君王独尊做了思想上的准备。它本质上是一种“帝王”学说.作为一种帝王统治手段的依据,它对后世中国社会的影响,客观上弊远大于利。
Hanfeizi, a book by the legalist epitomizer HAN Fei during the Warring States Period, exerts great influences upon Chinese feudal society by its conspicuous preaching on respect for the king, which lays the ideological foundation for maintaining the king's supremacy over all by resorting to law , 'political trickery and ' potency . In essence, it is an emperor-and-king-centered dogma far more disadvantageous than advantageous to Chinese society thereafter objectively.
