摘要
非典的突然出现,给民众心理带来了很大冲击,产生了许多消极的心理现象,主要有恐慌心理和传言心理两种。科分析这两种主要的负面心理产生的原因,有利于我们建立有效的应对危机事件的干预系统,提高全民应对灾难性事件的心理承能力和应对水平。
The sudden emergence of SARS has strong impact on public psychology and produces negative psychological phenomena,mainly two kinds:panic psychology and hearsay psychology.To analyze scientifically the reasons for these two kinds of negative psychological states will help us establish effective intervening system to deal with crises and improve people's psychological bearing ability and ability to deal with disasters.
