摘要 〔目的〕寻求一种灵敏度高 ,稳定性好的测定发中汞含量的新方法。〔方法〕采用 (3 :1)硝酸高氯酸混酸作消化液 ,在加回流管的测砷瓶内分步消化发样 ,流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收测定发中汞。〔结果〕标准偏差小于 2 7.1ng/g ;变异系数小于 5 .5 % ;样品加标率在 99.8% -10 0 .3 5 %之间 ;方法的检出限为 0 .69ng/ml;〔结论〕采用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收测定发中汞灵敏度高 ,稳定性好 ,精密度和准确度均符合微量分析要求。 Objective To seek a new method with high sensitivity and stability to determine the mercury in the hair.〔Methods〕 To use a digestive juice in a mixed acid of HNO 3 and HCLO 4 with the ratio of 3 to 1 and to determine the mercury in the hair by flow injection analysis of hydride generation AAS. 〔Results〕 The standard deviation is less than 27.1ng/g.The coefficient of variation is less than 5.5%.The added rate of recovery of sample is between 99.8%-100.3%.The minimal detectable concentration of the method is 0.69ng/ml.〔Conclusion〕 The flow injection analysis of hydride generation AAS has high sensitivity and stability in determining the mercury in the hair and its precision and accuracy are up to the standard of microanalysis.
