摘要
目的 通过分析 BSID临床测试结果 ,了解儿保门诊中儿童身心发展状况以及偏离正常范围程度、发生原因及干预措施。方法 应用湖南医科大学编制的中国城市修订版“贝利婴幼儿发展量表”临床测试结果进行分析。结果 3 0 1例不同性别 MDI与 PDI差异无显著性 ,MDI79以下男女发生率分别为 2 0 .86%、1 3 .1 6% ;PDI79以下男女发生率分别为2 0 .3 2 %、1 5 .1 6% ;3 0 1例不同年龄 MDI与 PDI差异有显著性 ;2 47例正常儿未通过项目主要表现在认知能力、精细运动、粗大运动发展不良 ;5 4例发育迟滞及临界状态病因以围产因素为第 1位 ,社会心理因素居第 2位。结论 通过 BSID测试可以早期发现发育落后、智力低下儿童。应抓紧时机开展早期教育及早期干预 。
Objective By the analysis of the BSID clinical test,to know about,in the child-care outpatient service,the childre's body and mind development condition,the deviate extent from normal,the reason and the intervention measure.Methods By using the Chinese city revision BSID worked out by Hunan medical University,to analyze the clinical BSID test result of the 3~30 month-old infant in the child-care outpatient service.Results On the 301 different sexual cases,there is no obvious difference between MDI and PDI.The incidences of the male and female whose MDI are under 79 are respective 20.86% and 13.16%.And that of in PDI are respective 20.32% and 15.16%.While the difference that of in different age cases is move obvious.The items which 247 normal cases didn't past are mainly reflected on the badly development on the perception ability,the bulky movement and the find bold movement.Among the 54 cases whose development is delayed or on the boundary of abnormality,the first cause of disease is about the around delivery period,and the second is about social psychology.Conclusion Through the BSID test,we can find the delayed-development and retarded children in early time.And then,we should develop the early education and intervention timely to make the brain be developed and used more sufficiently.
