摘要
目的研究甲状腺肿瘤组织中抑癌基因产物p16蛋白的表达,探讨p16、p63蛋白在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测60例甲状腺肿瘤标本细胞中p16蛋白的表达。结果 60例甲状腺肿瘤中p16蛋白阳性表达率为46.7%(28/60)。其中30例腺瘤中p16蛋白阳性表达率为60.0%(18/30),其中30例腺癌中为33.3%(10/30),腺瘤和腺癌组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);此外,甲状腺肿瘤中p63蛋白的表达与p16蛋白的表达在腺瘤和腺癌组均呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论 p16蛋白表达的缺失参与了甲状腺肿瘤的发生,抑癌基因p16、p63共同参与了甲状腺肿瘤的发生、发展,其发生过程可能存在p16、p63蛋白的协同作用,其异常表达对诊断甲状腺恶性肿瘤有一定的参考意义。
Objective To investigate the expression p16 protein in human primary thyroid neoplasms and to evaluate clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry (Envision method) was used to detect p16 gene protein expressions in 60 cases thyroid neoplasmas (30 adenomas and carcinomas). Results Expression of p16 protein was fond in 28 of 60(46. 7%). Expression of p16 protein was found in 18 of 30(60%) thyroid adenomas, in 10 of 30 (33. 3%) thyroid carcinomas. The defference was significant (P<0. 05). The expression of p63 gene protein in thyroid neoplasms was correlated with p16 protein (P<0. 001). Conclusion p16 protein may play important roles in occurrence of thyroid carcinomas.
