摘要
根据体全息光栅的透镜作用,使用平行光和会聚光记录多重光栅,光谱无需会聚透镜即可成像。在器件的设计中,分析了LiNbO3晶体材料色散的影响,并实验中对曝光时序实时监控,制作了8重光栅的光谱成像色散器件,整个输出谱面的宽度尺寸为8mm。
Based on the lens function of the volume holographic grating,a device with both spectral and imaging function is recorded using a plane wave front and a convergent spherical one.Thus the spectrum is formed without a lens to focus the spectrum on the output plane.The effect of dispersion of the LiNbO_3 on the elements is considered in the design process.Experiment on the fabrication of 8-channel imaging spectral device is presented,including the real-time control of the recording time schedule.The width of the whole output spectrum on the screen is as small as 8 mm.
