颏舌肌前移术在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征治疗中的应用
摘要
颏舌肌前移术通过将颏舌肌及颏结节整体前移使下咽间隙扩张,对改善OSAHS患者的下咽间隙阻塞有着重要的作用,本文就颏舌肌前移术的应用解剖、适应证、手术方法及术后效果的评价等方面的研究进展作一综述。
