摘要
目的 :了解腕部切割伤所致功能障碍的特点和原因 ,探讨康复治疗的方法。方法 :采用回顾性方法对71例腕部切割伤患者的功能障碍原因和表现进行分析。结果 :71例腕部切割伤患者中 ,大多数为肌腱、神经和血管损伤 ,且功能障碍较为严重 ,其中 38例患者在常规手术后接受正规康复训练 ,结果各项功能均获明显改善。结论 :腕部切割伤损伤的组织广泛 ,功能障碍严重 ,适时采用多种康复治疗方法可获得较好的功能恢复。
Objective: To study the characters and reasons of the disability induced by wrist cut. Methods: The data of general clinical manifestations and reasons of the disability induced by wrist cut in 71 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of 71 patients with disability induced by wrist cut, most were suffered from injures of tendon, nerve and blood vessel with severe function disorders. Among them, 38 cases received the normal rehabilitation training in addition to routine operation. The functions were obviously improved. Conclusion: Most of the patients with wrist cut were males, young adults, workers and peasants. The causes for severe function disorders were complicated. Timely application of various rehabilitations could recover the functions satisfactorily.
