摘要
现行的技术经济学只重视投资项目的经济评价,而忽视项目的社会效益评价。论述了开展投资项目社会评价的重要性和紧迫性,分析了我们面临的主要困难。提出我们应该在实践中不断发展和完善投资项目社会评价的理论和方法。最后,介绍了一个实际项目的社会评价。
Present technology economics emphasizes economy evaluation on investment projects, but ignores social benefis evaluation. This paper discusses the importance of social evaluation, analyses its main difficulties, then puts forward a suggestion: we should develop and perfect theory and methods of social evaluation on investment projects in practice. Finally the paper introduces social evaluation of a practical project.
