摘要
研究了环氧硅氧烷对无皂水性涂料的影响。随着环氧硅氧烷在聚合物中含量的提高 ,聚合物的光泽由 89.8%降至 70 .9%、Ca2 + 稳定性由 9.7ml降至 2 .7ml,铅笔硬度由 2B增至 3H、吸水率由 2 4 .9%降至 0 .2 % ,同时得到n(环氧硅氧烷 )∶n(甲基丙烯酸 )
The acrylic ester emulsifier-free emulsion was synthesized and the effects of epoxy siloxane on the emulsion were studied.It was found that the glossiness of the polymer was reduced from 89.8% to 70.9%,Ca 2+ stability from 9.7 ml to 2.7 ml,pencil hardness from 2B to 3H and the water absorption from 24.9% to 0.2% with the increment of epoxy siloxane.The best molar raio of epoxysiloxane and MAA is 1∶1 .
