摘要
目的 观察保肾康对肾病综合征高凝状态的临床疗效。方法 对诊断为肾病综合征合并高凝状态的 32例患儿 ,除予激素治疗外加服保肾康 ,根据有关指标判断疗效。结果 保肾康治疗总有效 1 0 0 % ,无 1例发生血管内血栓形成 ,治疗过程中未发现明显副反应。结论 保肾康治疗肾病综合征高凝状态疗效明显 ,安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baoshenkang in treatments of nephritic syndrome with high coagulation state. Methods 32 cases diagnosed as nephritic syndrome combined with high coagulation state were included in this study. Bedides steroid hormone, Baoshenkang was used orally. The clinical effect was estimated by some indexes. Results The total effective rate of Baoshenkang was 100%. No one had thrombosis in vessel and obvious side-effects during the treatments. Conclusion Baoshenkang is effective and safe to treat nephritic syndrome with high coagulation state.
