摘要 介绍常压固定床多段(3段)反应器按比例分段供氧的工艺流程。催化剂总装填量为100ml,分3段装填,借助于对每段催化剂床层供氧量不同来调变和控制反应转化程度及选择性,可有效地控制反应床层温升。 A presentation is given of the technological process for supplying oxygen in proportion and by stages to the multistage (three-stage) fixed-bed atmospheric reactor. 100ml of catalyst was loaded in three-stages. The conversion level and the selectivity of the reaction were regulated and controlled with the aid of different oxygen supply for each catalyst bed, by which temperature rise of the catalyst beds could be efficiently controlled.
