摘要
资本主义一出生就面临了有效需求不足的难题,因而如何扩大有效需求就构成了资本主义发展史。从历史角度考察资本主义扩大有效需求的诸种途径,目的在于提醒人们:资本主义为了扩大有效需求使出了诸多办法,凯恩斯理论及政策主张只不过是其中一种方法而已。
Capitalism, from its naissance, has been faced with the scarcity of effective demand, thus the research on how to increase the demand has partially constituted the capitalist development history. This paper is a review, from the historical perspective, of the many ways to increase the effective demands of capital, aiming to show that various strategies have been adopted for the increase of effective demands in the history of capitalism, of which Keynesianism and its policies and proposals are merely one.
