摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了ZnO及掺杂Y2O3、La2O3、CeO2的ZnO纳米微粒。利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜对材料的结构进行了表征。研究了不同掺杂对材料的气敏性能的影响。研究表明,在工作温度305℃时,掺入质量分数为8%的CeO2后,材料对H2S气体有很好的灵敏度和选择性及较好的响应-恢复特性。并对气敏机理进行了探讨。
The powders of ZnO and Y^(3+), La^(3+),Ce^(4+)-doped ZnO were prepared by sol-gel method. The microstructure was characterized through XRD and TEM. The study of gas sensing characteristics of sensor shows 8%CeO_2-92%ZnO has high sensitivity and selectivity to H_2S at the working temperature of 305℃. The gas sensing characterization was also discussed.
