摘要
β-内酰胺环类抗生素如阿莫西林、头孢氨苄等是临床常用的抗生素之一,在猪禽细菌病的防治上具有十分重要的地位。但近年来的广泛使用,耐药菌株显著增加,疗效已严重下降。β-内酰胺酶是造成这类抗生素失活的主要原因。本文对β-内酰胺酶的分类、作用机制和有关酶提取物的制备、鉴定及对抗生素水解率的测定方法做了综述。
The β-lactam antibiotic is one of the most useful clinical antibiotics, for example, Ampicillin , Amoxicillin. This kind of antibiotic plays an important role in the prevenyion and therapy of pig's and poultrys bacterial diseases. But they are inactivated by the β-lactarnase mainly in recent years. In this text, not only classification and mechanism but also the method of preparation and assay about β-lactamases are all reported.
