摘要
本文就Mn(Ⅱ)在含CO_2的浓氨水溶液中的行为进行了热力学分析,并对花垣高磷贫锰矿应用焙烧——氨浸法做了较系统的试验研究。试验结果表明,在650℃时还原气氛下对原矿焙烧1小时,用含{N}=16,{C}=3的溶液对烧后矿浸出20分钟,锰可全部进入溶液。最终产品为MnCO_3,含Mn42%以上,总回收率达91%以上。
In this paper, thermodynamical analysis have been made to the lehaviour of Mn(Ⅱ) in carba-mate solution and detailed inverstigations on the application of carbamate solution to Hua yuan man-ganese mine. The results show that at 650℃ ruducing roast the ores for 1hr. the reduced ore material areleaching for 20 min. in carbamate solution mixture composed of ammonia, {N}=16, admixedwith carbon dioxide {C}=3. All the manganese may be into the lixiviant. The final product Mn-CO_3 contains 42.8% Mn. The manganese over-all recovery is more than 91%
