文章主要介绍厦门市采用最低价中标相配套的计价办法 ,从可操作性的角度出发 ,定出有关招标工程的价格竞争原则 ,规范招标投标计价行为 ,引导企业合理报价 ,顺利推行最低价中标的实施。
