摘要
分别就锯齿形厂房和无窗厂房 ,对原围护结构冷负荷计算方法所得结果与冷负荷系数法计算结果进行了比较 ,二者偏差较大 ,建议采用冷负荷系数法计算围护结构冷负荷。通过计算分析 ,得知围护结构冷负荷在车间空调冷负荷中所占比例较小 ,其计算偏差的影响有限 ;机器散热引起的冷负荷是构成空调冷负荷的主要部分。对机器散热冷负荷计算中热迁移系数的取值问题进行了探讨。
Respectively aiming at saw tooth roofed workshops and windowless workshops, compares calculation results by original building envelope cooling load calculation method with those by the cooling load factor method, finding greater deviation, and recommends using the latter. Based on calculation and analyses, finds that the building envelope cooling load accounts for less proportion in workshop air conditioning cooling load, so the influence of calculation error is limited, and that the cooling load from machine is a main part of workshop air conditioning cooling load. Discusses some issues about determining thermal migration coefficient value for calculating the cooling load from machine.
