摘要
国有资产管理体制的改革和创新,是在新形势下必须解决的重要问题。只有经过进一步深化国有资产管理体制改革,完善机构设置、理顺国有资产管理体系、加强监管力度、转变管理职能,才能管活、管好、用好国有资产,防止国有资产流失,才能充分发挥好国有资产的效能和作用。多年的经验也证明了这一点。
Reformation and innovation of state assets management system is a urgent issue must be addressed in the new situation. Only through system reformation, adjusting organizational structure, reinforcing supervision, transforming management functions, can state assets be managed well and flexibly, used fully, and prevented from loss.
