阐述了清洁生产技术在实施清洁生产战略中的地位、清洁生产技术的基本概念和技术特点 ;分析了我国清洁生产技术开发领域存在的问题 ;提出了清洁生产的两种类型以及加强清洁生产技术开发和应用的措施 ;
The importance of cleaner production technologies in the implementation of cleaner production,the basic concept and characteristics of cleaner production technologies are expounded.The problems in the development of cleaner production technologies at home are analyzed.The measures for intensifying the development and application of cleaner production technologies are proposed.The authors think that advanced technologies are uncertainly cleaner production technologies.The differences of cleaner production technologies and end-of-pipe control technologies are pointed out.
