摘要
分析了建筑物外墙渗漏的原因 ,介绍了框架综合楼外墙渗水的防治措施和砖混结构外墙渗水裂缝的防治措施 。
The reasons caused the outside wall leakage of buildings are analyzed. According to buildings with frame structure and masonry structure the prevention and control measures are proposed for outside wall leakage. In the end the matters needing attention in construction are elaborated.
