摘要
目的:分析48例危重肾功能衰竭(肾衰)病人的死亡原因,探讨其治疗对策。方法:回顾性分析我院1990.2002年48例危重肾功能衰竭死亡的临床资料。结果:危重肾功能衰竭患者死亡原因以心血管并发症为主,感染、大出血亦为重要死亡原因。结论:危重。肾功能衰竭患者主要死亡原因为心力衰竭,改善肾功能和积极防治心力衰竭,有利于降低其死亡率。
Objective:To analysis the death cause and explore the strategy in severe renal failure of 48 cases. Methods:To analysis the clinical data of 48 death patients with severe renal failure from 1990 to 2002 retrospectively. Results:The first death cause in severe renal failure is the complication of the cardiovascular system,the second death cause is infection and large hemorrhage. Conclusions:The main death cause in severe renal failure is the complication of heart failure,improving the renal function and heart failure will reduce the mortality.
