摘要
通过裂区试验和相对效应值方法,研究了3197A 细胞质对主要农艺性状的效应。结果表明:3197A 细胞质遗传稳定;在细胞核纯合及杂合情况下,对性状的形成有显著作用;该细胞质效应受核基因的影响。阐述了不育系配合力预测方法的局限性,探讨了最大限度地减轻杂种优势负效应的可能性和化负效应为正效应的途径。
The offect 3197A cytoplasm was researched on the main agriculture characters of sorghum by means of the split plot arrangement and the ralative effect value.The results indi- cates:The genetic effects of 3197A cytoplasm were stable;It had a remarkalde influence on froming the characters under the nucleas homozygote or hetrozygote;The oytoplasm were in- fluenced by the nuclear genes.The limitation of the method was expounded of calculating the general combing ability of the sterile line.The possibility of ruducing the hybridity negatiue ef- fects to the maximum was stadied,and means of turning the negative effects to the positive ef- fects were discussed as well.
