摘要
针对工业上传统的蒸馏法分离正丁醇—丙酮—水体系能耗过大的问题 ,采用排斥萃取分离方法研究了含盐类的复合萃取剂对该体系的分离效果 .结果表明 ,NaAc、Mg Cl2 、Na2 CO3等盐类在常温下能明显改变正丁醇—丙酮—水体系的互溶度 ;由水和盐类等组成的复合萃取剂能大幅度地增大组分在两相的分配系数和选择性系数 ,可达到分离提浓各组分的目的 .同时还进一步研究了萃取工艺参数对分离效果的影响 .通过热量衡算得出 ,应用本分离方法比传统方法可以节能 30 .4 % .
The repulsive extraction is proposed to separate butanol and acetone from water. In order to reduce energy consumption in the separation, NaAc,MgCl 2,Na 2CO 3 and other salts are added in the process to form composite extractant, which can obviously change the mutual solubility of butanol acetone water system at room temperature. The composite extractant can greatly increase the distribution coeffecient and selectivity coefficient. The effect of the operation parameter on separation is further studied. Preliminary heat balance shows that the new separating method can save 30.4% energy compared with the traditional method.
