RP-HPLC法同时测定骨水泥释放液中头孢呋肟与头孢拉啶的浓度

摘要 目的 采用RP HPLC法同时测定骨水泥中头孢呋肟与头孢拉啶的释放量。方法 以Irregular HC18柱 (4 6mm×150mm)为固定相 ;甲醇 水 (2 0∶80 ,含冰醋酸 0 10 9mol/L)为流动相 ,pH值调至 3 0 0 ;检测波长 2 54nm。结果 测得头孢呋肟的线性范围为 0 1~ 4 0 μg·ml- 1,r=0 9999,头孢拉啶的线性范围为 0 1~ 7 0 μg·ml- 1,r =0 9998,日内日间RSD <5%。结论 方法简单、快速。 Object The HPLC determination method was reported for cefuroxime and cefradine in dissolution from bone cement Method s:The c h romatographic system consists of Irregular-H C 18 column and mobile phase of MeOH-H 2 O(20∶80) (containing HOAc 0 109 mol/L pH 3 00) with a detect i on wavelength at 254 nm Result The linear rang of cefuroxime was 0 1~4 0 μg·ml -1 , r=0 9999, the cefradine was 0 1~7 0 μg·ml -1 , r=0 9998, RSD<5% The average recovery rate of Cefuroxime and Cefradine are 98 30% and 97 12%(n=3) Cconclusion Th e method is accurate, rapid and precise
