摘要
目的 采用RP HPLC法同时测定骨水泥中头孢呋肟与头孢拉啶的释放量。方法 以Irregular HC18柱 (4 6mm×150mm)为固定相 ;甲醇 水 (2 0∶80 ,含冰醋酸 0 10 9mol/L)为流动相 ,pH值调至 3 0 0 ;检测波长 2 54nm。结果 测得头孢呋肟的线性范围为 0 1～ 4 0 μg·ml- 1,r=0 9999,头孢拉啶的线性范围为 0 1～ 7 0 μg·ml- 1,r =0 9998,日内日间RSD <5%。结论 方法简单、快速。
