摘要
对100例正常胸片与15例经病理学证实的肺上沟癌进行X线研究。发现单侧或双侧肺尖帽通常是一孤立的良性x线征象,并无临床意义。通常,这种合并特异性胸腹下瘢痕的肺尖帽可能随年龄而增大。偶尔慢性单侧肺尖帽增大应疑有肺上沟癌,大部分病人均有症状。如能与前片对比,则甚为重要。针吸活检有助于确诊。
Roentgenograms of 100 normal cases and 15 patients with pathologically proven superior sulcus carcinoma of the lung were reviewed. Apical caps, whether unilateral or bilateral, are usually isolated radiographic findings of benignnature and of no clinical significance. They are associated with nonspecifi csubpleural scarring and may grow with age. sometimes, an enlarging unilateral cap would invite the clinical suspicion of a superior sulcus carcinoma. However, most patients with this lesion are symptomatic. Comparison with previous chest films in such cases is important, and needle biopsy may be helpful in establishing a diagnosis.
