摘要
职业生涯规划是解决艺术院校大学生就业难题、提高就业质量的重要方法。笔者自编了《艺术院校大三学生职业生涯规划现状调查问卷》,分别从自我认识、职业认识、职业生涯规划认识、规划实施现状和相关服务需求等方面,对艺术院校大三学生进行问卷调查及相关访谈,以得出艺术院校大三学生的职业生涯规划现状,并根据现状及存在的问题提出有针对性的建议。
Career planning is the main channel to help students in their being employed.Based on the self-complied questionnaire,this paper investigated and interviewed junior students from art colleges by focusing on the following points:self-knowledge,occupation knowledge,career planning knowledge,the implementation of the planning and service requirements.Research findings show that there exist problems ranging from career planning to its implementation.Some constructive suggestions have been put forward in how to solve these problems.
