金纳米颗粒在肿瘤显像及治疗中的应用

摘要 金纳米颗粒具有特殊的光学吸收、散热及光热效应,在生物学领域中有较广泛应用,目前对肿瘤的显像及治疗的研究日趋受到关注。分子水平的金纳米颗粒能够消除生物屏障,且利用金纳米颗粒的物理特性,还可对肿瘤的诊治及监测提供新方向。本文就近年来金纳米颗粒在肿瘤显像及治疗中的应用进行综述。
