摘要
目的了解海南省中医预防保健服务的现状及需要改善的方面。方法主要采用问卷调查的方式,对海南省的12个市县的社区人群共1874人进行了一对一的调查。结果海南省社区人群对中医"治未病"理念的知晓率过低(占40.66%);人们认为能提供中医预防保健服务的机构主要是中医医院和综合性医院。结论我们需要完善我们的宣传方式方法,中医预防保健服务机构体系建设应以中医院和综合医院为中心,社区卫生服务机构为扩展,让中医预防保健服务走进人们的生活,海南人民的健康应从基层抓起。
Objective To know the current situation of tradition Chinese medicine prevention and health case service in Hainan province and what need to improve. Methods A total of 1874 com munity population of 12 cities and counties in Hainan province conducted a one to one survey. Results Awareness of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine'preventive treatment of disease'in community population in Hainan province is low( 40.66%),and it is believed that the institution of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care service is mainly the traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the general hospital. Conclusion Improve the propaganda method; Construction system of prevention and health care services for Chinese should be based on traditional hospital as center,community service institutions to expand. Let Chinese medicine prevention and health care service into people's lives. People's health in Hainan province should be grabbed from the gr ass roots.
