摘要
从原材料的选择、性能及其时产品的影响论述了硬质聚氯乙烯管材的配方设计,从混合工艺、挤出成型工艺、定型工艺、牵引工艺等几个方面论述了硬质聚氯乙烯管材的生产工艺。同时提出了硬质聚氯乙烯管材生产中经常出现的异常现象及其形成原因和解决办法。
The prescription design of the rigid PVC pipe is discussed from the choice and property of the raw materials and their influence on the product. The production technology of the rigid PVC pipe is also discussed in the aspects of the mixing technology , the extrusion, the stereotype and the drawing technologies. The abnormal phenomenon often existing in the production of the rigid PVC pipe, the reason and its solving method are put forward.
