共轨燃油喷射系统电磁阀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 电磁阀是共轨燃油喷射系统的核心控制元件。为实现共轨燃油喷射系统快速有效的控制,在介绍电磁阀组成和工作原理的基础上,建立了电磁阀有限元模型,并利用模型进行了电磁力计算,同时对电磁阀开展了干式状态下的动态响应特性试验研究,结果表明:电磁阀的电磁力能够达到170N,开启响应时间为0.352 ms,关闭响应时间为1.5 ms,具有较大的输出力和较好的动态响应特性,能够满足共轨燃油喷射系统的使用需求。 Solenoid valve is a core control element of common rail fuel injection system.In order to achieve rapid and effective control of common rail fuel injection system,the finite element model of solenoid valve was established on the basis of introducing the composition and working principle of solenoid valve,and the electromagnetic force was calculated by using the model.Moreover,the experimental study on the dynamic response characteristic of solenoid valve at dry condition was carried out.The results show that the electromagnetic force of solenoid valve can reach 170N,the open response time and closing response time are 0.352ms and 1.5ms respectively,showing that the solenoid valve has large output force and good dynamic response characteristic,which can meet the usage requirements of common rail fuel injection system.
