摘要
本文研究了胶原可吸收缝合线的制备,指出丝的断裂强度,特别是湿打结强度,是该缝合线的重要指标。因此,围绕着纺丝机的型式,凝固浴和鞣制浴的组成,以及纺丝工艺参数对丝强度的影响进行了较详尽的论述。部分线号的丝已达到美国药典第二十一版所规定的指标。
In this paper,the preparation of the collagen surgical absorbable suture are ap- proached.The break strength,especially the wet knot strength of the strends are its important index.About the effect of the type of spinning machine,the composition of coagulating bath and tanning bath as well as the spinning technological parameters on the strands strength,therefor,the relatively detailed discussion has been made. The strands of several gauge have achieved the target of the U.S.P^(21)and have been provided with the capacity to batch process.
