摘要
采用二维模型 ,讨论了气流水平流动时 ,超细气溶胶粒子受重力、热泳和扩散效应的作用在工业洁净室中水平工作台表面上的沉积情况。分析了沿流动方向的局部沉积速度与粒径和工作台边缘距离之间的关系 。
Ultra-fine aerosol particle deposition on a horizontal flat surface in industrial clean-rooms is studied under special consideration of thermophoretic, diffusional and gravitational field. The airflow is two-dimensional, parallel to the falt plate. The relations between local deposition velocity and particle diameter and the distance from the forward edge of the flat are analyzed and discussed, and the average deposition velocity distribution over the surface is also illustrated.
