摘要
论述了工程监理与工程质量的关系 ,从准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段几方面分析了监理工程师的质量责任 ,阐明了监理在工程建设质量控制中所发挥的作用和具有的重要地位。
In this paper the relationship between engineering supervision and construction quality is discussed and from several aspects the quality responsibility of supervisor engineers is analyzed. The important roles and status of supervision played in engineering quality control are elaborated in the end.
