摘要
目的 :观察草分枝杆菌疫苗对耐多药肺结核辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法 :采用配对的方法将 60例耐多药肺结核患者分为 :化疗 +草分枝杆菌疫苗组 ( M组 )及单纯化疗组 ( C组 )。 M组除化疗外 ,给予草分枝杆菌疫苗 :1 7.2μg,1次 /周 ,臀深部肌肉注射 ,共 1 0次。结果 :M组痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率、空洞直径缩小率分别为 60 %、80 %、5 0 .2 % ,明显高于 C组的 30 %、47%、1 1 % ( P<0 .0 1 )。细胞免疫学指标 CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8+ 、IFN-γ、IL - 2水平比治疗前明显提高 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :M组比 C组对耐多药肺结核患者治疗可改善患者细胞免疫功能 。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect in treatment of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-PTB) with Mycobacterium Phlei vaccine (MPV). Methods: By random group-matching,60 cases with MDR-PTB were divided into MDR-PTB trial group (group M with 30 cases) and control group (group C with 30 cases).Beside chemotherapy, MPV was injected at dose of 17.2μg once a week for 10 times in group M.Results: 9 months later, the sputum negative conversion rate,radiagraphical improvement rate and cavity closing rate were 60%,80%,50.2% respectively in group M,while these indexes were higher than that of group C 30%,47%,11% (P<0.01).CD 3 + ,IFN-γ and IL-2 levels were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: MPV can advance T cellcular immune function and improve therapeutic effect on MDR-PTB.
