摘要
介绍了一种新型脉动流化干燥机试验平台的总体结构,论述了脉动流化干燥机中的关键部分———脉冲气流发生器的原理及设计,针对产生脉冲气流的机构进行了运动分析,并通过试验机验证了设计结果的可行性.
The general structure of a new type pulsation flow desiccation machine's experimentation platform is introduced. The principle and the design of the pulser, which is the key part of the pulsation flow desiccation machine, is discussed in detail and the mechanism which produces the pulsation air current is analysed and the design result is verified feasible by experimental machine.
